Privacy

Short version: we collect what you type into the booking form, we use it to answer you, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• What you put in the booking form. Your name, whichever contact method you chose, your dates, and anything you tell us about your dog.
• Where you arrived from. If you came through a link with campaign tags on it, or from a search engine, we record that so we know which parts of this site are worth keeping.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. It exists only to stop a bot submitting the form a thousand times. We cannot turn it back into your address, and we do not store the address itself.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or social media trackers. No pixels.
• No cookies that follow you anywhere. This is why the site does not interrupt you with a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
• No payment details. This site never asks for a card.

Who else sees it

Booking requests are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, who host this site. If we have email notifications switched on, a copy of your request also passes through our email provider so it reaches our inbox. Nobody else gets your details, and we do not sell or share them.

How long we keep it

Booking requests stay while you are a client and for a reasonable period after, because knowing your dog’s medication history is genuinely useful the next time you travel. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your dog’s photos

Photos we take go to you. They only go anywhere public if you have told us that is fine, and you can change your mind later.

Asking us about your data

Email miriamandnitzan@gmail.com and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Texas does not currently give small businesses of this size a formal deadline for that, so the honest answer is that we will do it as soon as we see the message.
